I think my favorite thing about Oaxaca is it’s people’s dedication to hold true to their culture , community and family. I feel blessed to be able to live and work in this wonder-filled city. The sunlight and shadows are truly different from my previous skies in New York. One of my favorite seasons is cloud season. Also, Oaxaca’s amazing colors, whether in plants, clothing or the incredible choices for colors people paint their buildings. I feel lucky everyday to experience and paint the beauty of Oaxaca’s culture, people and colors.
